Teacher Education Quarterly is a peer-reviewed journal (double blind) dedicated to advancing knowledge and research on the work of teacher education researchers and practitioners.  We seek manuscripts that link research to practice, with an eye toward improving pre-service and in-service teacher education.  Preference is given to well-designed empirical studies whose conclusions broadly inform teacher professional development, although we are also interested in publishing outstanding policy analyses. Please note that we rarely publish "best practice" papers or single site program evaluations. The journal's h5-index rating is currently at 18 (h5-median 28).
